What are the booking policies for renting the hall?

Dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once a rental agreement is signed. Rental time is counted from the moment you enter the hall until the moment you leave, including decorating, set up and clean up. Events serving alcohol are subject to additional rates and require the appropriate provincial permit.

Table setup is included with most packages. Renters are responsible for cleaning up the hall after the event, stacking tables and chairs, removing all decorations, and taking all garbage out to the garbage bin.

Its wide, uninterrupted floor opens onto a raised stage framed by deep red curtains — room for round banquet tables, long family-style seating, a dance floor, or conference rows.

Every hall rental includes tables and chairs. Behind the scenes there's a full commercial kitchen, a serving bar and a check room, so your caterer or your own volunteers have everything within reach. A large private parking lot sits at the door, and the hall is step-free and wheelchair accessible.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance the hall is released, so please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change — we will always do our best to work with you.

We accept e-transfer, cheque and cash. A deposit secures your date and the remaining balance is due before the event. Any extra hours or additional amenities are settled after the event.
